I'm really sad. Our building was sold and Rich Rollins is no longer our property manager. He was amazing. I was struggling to find a place and contacted a property Rich was renting. It was not and ideal fit as I was hoping to find a place on the first floor, but Rich called me later that day and said the owner had another property. The new property worked out great and anytime we had issues, he was responsive. Rich Rollins helped manage a home in Redwood City and was terrible at it. One of many examples was when I first moved in the fridge was broken before i moved in and Rich suggest that i buy a small fridge for the time being. You would think that all the appliances should work properly when moving into a place and that the property manager shouldn’t ask you to spend your own money to fix a problem that you were not responsible for.
