wasted time.. Spent over four hours today waiting on a tow truck to pick up my daughters wrecked car from a impound lot less than 3 miles away..I called 2 hours into the wait and was told it would be another hour and a half...2 hours later I called again this time the guy answers and says to me " our driver came in late today..and we don't do same day pick ups" really 4 hours later??? So I had to take my loss and sign the car over to the impound lot after paying 300.00 to get it out..bad for business that's for sure..

Waste of Time Don't waste your time here. They told me they had the part I needed. I drove 2 hours to come pick it up. When I got there, they told me they didn't have the part. They didn't even bother to look for it. Found the part online for cheaper. Will NEVER buy (or attempt to buy) anything here again and will certainly share this feedback with others.

Good stuff I called around maybe 5 places trying to sell my junk car before I called Rollins - who beat the prior quotes by $50-$80! And if you can get the car there, that's an extra $50! They do pay in a check instead of cash, but well worth it. The female I spoke with was more than helpful and patient. Glad I stumbled upon this page.

PAID ME THE MOST FOR MY CAR!! By Far These guys will pay you the most for your junk car,I would reccommend them if you are trying to get the most money for your junk.

Great Help even if they have to locate it for you Just wantd to drop a kudos to Rollins AUto Wrecking in Spanaway off the Mtn Hiway, I went there looking for a part for my mother in laws 2009 Hummer, They didnt have the part but actually located at another yard for me up Norht and was able to get it shipped right to my house.From now on My 1stop shop for auto parts is Rollins Auto Wrecking, i didnt have to waste my day driving around looking for the actual part.Really niceThanks again

YES!!! They Had what we were Looking for... We were looking all over for a right side door for my CamryI called talked with Kristal. She found my door and they even got the same color as my car, I didn't have to get it painted to match my car!!! Extra Bonus!Reccomend calling Rollins Auto Wrecking great place!

DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME HERE! DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME HERE! wish I could rate it 0 stars, drove out there for an engine and they told me its to close to closing and takes a couple hours to dig it out of the shed, it was a 2 hour drive. So I called ahead a few days later and they said they still have the engine and will get it out and have it ready for me. I drove 2 hours yet again to get the engine early in the morning this time, they told me that they could not find it and sent me away.
