The repair took about an hour and felt appropriate considering they needed to replace a faulty capacitor and clean some components. It's been a week, and the system is running smoothly without any further issues.👌
I expected a simple part replacement might be needed, but the technician spent an hour diagnosing and fixing a more complex wiring issue that had caused intermittent failure. It's been five days since the repair, and the air conditioning is running smoothly without any hiccups.
I was pleased that they identified and repaired the vent issue in about two hours, but I did notice they left some debris behind, which I had to clean up afterward.

Their thorough inspection took longer than a past visit, but they managed to catch a wear issue I hadn’t been told about before. The technician explained everything clearly and made sure the system was running efficiently before leaving.
