If I could give zero stars, I would! My experience at Rollingwood Apartments has been a complete nightmare. Victoria Moreno, the current manager, illegally removed the breaker from our apartment unit to try and force us out, even though this is not an all-bills-paid complex and there is no court-ordered eviction. This is absolutely illegal, especially considering we have two disabled individuals in our household who rely on breathing machines.
