I respect the fact that they have to secure the building due to COVID-19. However, these are the issues that I have with this building. On several occasions I have stood at the front door for 15 minutes to gain access. I have called the office and no one ever answers the phone. They have no one manning the front desk because it is an Independent Living Facility. If someone was at the front desk they probably could answer the door.
