I went in for records , where the up front staff cussed me and hit me with the door ! I recorded everything on my phone since I had a prior experience with their conduct being out of line.

RecommendedMy son and I came here because he was sick on Halloween day. 2 years old and had missed all Halloween activities so I let him wear his costume to his appointment. The whole staff was dressed up as well. They made him a goody bag of treats and gave it to him after his appointment. They are all so nice and it's awesome bringing my toddler to a pediatric office. The patient room was child safety proofed which I appreciate! Amazing Staff!
I saw Dr. O yesterday for the first time. I had a short wait time in the main waiting room. I was greeted with a friendly smile. When called back, the nurse was very friendly. Just a short wait in the exam room. Dr. O was friendly, well spoken and seemed very well educated. She made sure all my questions were answered and after everything was answered she again asked if I had any other concerns or questions. Evening walk-in hours posted are 5 PM to 7 PM. We went at 5 and were told they were full and no longer taking patients.
Excellent service that take of sick people elderly disable and young people great service!!
So far so good. Its peaceful. Relatively clean. Didnt think abt my cracker crumbs till i looked down at my shirt.
The people was rude to me.
