thank u VERY much for the ER staff tonite, they were Amazing on how I was taken care of,cant not Express how well they did take care of me, only 1 complaint, which I was able to get admitted, with a horrible infection, but there is strick guidelines, but tht did their hardest, & from the bottom of my heart...THANK YOOOUUUU ALLL!!!! Which I would of gotten the names of the staff, & awesome dr...THANK U, Hope I wont be back soon..nor my friends ot family, not cuz of the staff, just so they dont get hurt, sick ,or injured..
Went in there after being sick for three weeks. It was a Sunday and the on duty doctor was upset that I didn’t wait until the next day. He was more concerned about the way I was dressed vs whether or not I had insurance. Refused to listen to my symptoms and prescribed me cough medicine. Went to the doctor the next day with a fever of 104 and found out I had the flu. Very unprofessional place!
RPMH always gives me personal service, lots of kindness and the staff goes over the top for me!
Having been to this facility for emergency care, as well as outpatient services, i have been very satisfied with the care i was given. Also, the e.r. drs, and my daughters drs, Enard and Nueman, have been amazing in caring for her. Twice, and the second time being right now, they have went above and beyond. the nurses on med surg even french braided her hair! This is an amazing care facility, with an even more amazing bunch of ppl working here. We want to thank you all, from the bottom of our hearts. God bless you all!
Dr Johnson nurse hardin and everyone else was very good to me. They treated me like I was human and helped me, they did every test they could to rule out any possible copd or blood clots I was very satisfied and a big thanks to the guard that gave me a ride back to my truck when I had no way back
There are many wonderful friendly helpful smiling faces here! Our family had a positive experience here and I am beyond grateful! Between the hospital and the wellness center it's an all around wonderful place! Thank you!!!
