From the moment I walked in, the first thing I noticed was, that they noticed me and welcomed me with very nice smiles !!! I felt that I was very important for them all, at the Ventura location I went to ! The young lady that did the ultrasound could not have been any nicer... she was wonderful !!! Thank you so very much, because when you’re sick and you get this kind of tenderness... you start to feel better ! From on to five, I will give you all TEN stars !!!
Good experience
First, the check in was efficient and staff was friendly and professional. Second, the technicians were also friendly, caring and professional. My appointment was for 2:30 and they called me in 5 minutes early. I told a friend today that I would recommend going to rolling oaks radiology if they needed such services.
Very nice people very nice office
Have been coming here for years . Love the service and would recommend to everyone. I usually get MRI w/ contrast and they're the only ones that find a vein.. I absolutely love them..❤️❤️❤️
Polite n friendly specially the x Ray tech
Quick, friendly, professional which is good because this is like going to the dentist for breasts. Am grateful for the privilege and hope the results are good too!

If you are short on time ask how long the wait is first then ask what time to come back for shorter or no waiting time. One of the front girls was snippy but the other one saw and made up for her. Not everyone is cut out to be front office person.
