Easy making an online appointment, professional staff.
The reason for my 3 star review is because I went in on Friday at 4:36pm to get an x-ray of my daughters abdomen and I was told earlier in the day i had until 4:45pm to get in. The man sitting behind the desk told me I was to late and they would not take my 4 1/2 year daughter, because I was 6 minutes late. Today we got there right before 8am, I told the person working what happened and she was shocked that happened. She made our visit amazing!! We were in and out in 5 minutes told. RecommendedI had a lumbar MRI and have a neurostimulator implant and the staff was great with making sure my unit was off and I was comfortable during the scan.
Been to both Ventura & Oxnard offices. Everyone was very nice and helpful. Both CT techs were great at each location in explaining what was happening & going to happen.
We were promptly helped and the staff were friendly and helpful. Great service.
Outstanding customer service
Incredibly friendly and courteous staff! They were extremely helpful by explaining every different step of the way during my 3 hour MRI scan. I live closer to the Oxnard branch but; I always prefer going to the Ventura office because of the staff.
