I called 5 minutes before I got there to check how long it might take to get a chest X-ray. They told me it would be about a half hour wait. When I arrived 5 minutes later it had changed to 45 minutes. No big deal. They actually didn’t get to me for 2 1/2 hours! There was a period of about 45 minutes where they didn’t take anyone. Rolling Oaks Radiology was courteous and pleasant to interact with. I was attended by a radiologist named Colleen, who made me feel very comfortable and was quite knowledgeable. I would visit them again for any future CT needs.
The staff was very personable and my wait was only 5 minutes and I didn’t have an appointment.
Everyone was friendly and helpful.
Short wait times , I was so hungry and they gave me water and pretzels, I was hurting so bad and they gave me a heat pack
