RecommendedWell, the lady radiologist was very pleasant, professional, and explained every setup. Even though I had no appointment I thought the wait was not that bad. On a scale of 0-5 the experience was a 4.9.
The staff were very friendly and helpful. Also, my wait was not very long.

I went in early and it was crowded, I waited in the car and returned thirty minutes later. I taken in and signed up and used the bath room. Every one was very polite and the image machine was waiting for about forty five minutes and it was fifteen minutes and I was finished and out the door. Every thing went as planned. Cheers. Vernon
Scheduling was all jacked up. I spent 20+ minutes scheduling two things bCk to back, three weeks ahead of time. The day before my appt they texted me with two different appts at other times than I scheduled. VERY FRUSTRATING. Arrived before my 11:30 appt, but didnt get taken in the back until 40 minutes later. Desk help and technicians were spot-on. Very kind & very thorough. Other than scheduling, its a terrific facility with pleasant employees.

Everyone of their staff members is polite, and they do their absolute best at explaining everything they are doing during your procedure. And above all they made sure I was comfortable during my CT scan, covering me with a blanket and gave me an extra one when I asked. ( they know it’s cold and don’t mind when you ask)
