The technician was polite, careful, respectful, patient, helpful, and friendly.
They were on time and the technician was very pleasant and helpful with my questions.
The techs are very nice. But the one thing I would work on is the wait . You can’t schedule for X-ray & when they go to lunch you are waiting 2 hours !! No lie. During lunch they should have 2 go to lunch and 2 to fill in during that Time somehow. It is a long time when you are already not feeling well.
The staff is welcoming and makes you feel comfortable. On time and professional.
This office is staffed with professionals.
The staff is great, but the doctors who read the results don’t have it together. I had an x-ray marked stat yesterday, and the doctor still has not gotten back to my doctor. They said the Dr who reads these is out for a few days! I have yet to find out if I have pneumonia and need to go to the hospital.
