Dumpy units, Dishonest Property Management We lived here for around 4 years and recently moved out in March of 2024 or so. The Apartment layout is great, unfortunately we lived in the back row adjacent to Kuebler , so depending on time of day, traffic can be LOUD......The inside of the apartments are dumpy and in desperate need of updating, the apartment is HOT in the summer and COLD in the winter.....They have electric base board heat do not have central AC, so be prepared for high electric bill......plenty of other issues ... read more
Run down old apts These apts so old and run down. They haven’t done any updates in the few years I’ve lived here. Now they have a new management company Norris & Stevens and a new landlords, who are rude. Giving us all these rules that we never agreed to when we moved in. The one that’s really making me mad is the water spickets outside that we can’t use anymore. So no more gardening for me!
Pretty nice This is a very clean complex and the Rent is reasonable...
