Watch out for the thieves!!! Came to stay with my Mom, bought a brand new hand painted flower pot yesterday. Left it on her patio and it disappeared. Also, people think its OK to shoot fireworks off right beside my new car. 🤬
Lived there for a year they had water issues for months where we had no water throughout the day into the night. Then started charging for water. Didn’t even open the pool this year yet didn’t lower the rent any. If you live in the back you better get home before 5 o’clock if you want a parking spot near your apartment. Especially if you have to carry in groceries. The area where the trash dumpster is flooded every time it rained so make sure you have rain boots. Everything is always very clean and the property manager Blair, she's awesome!! Informative, helpful and kind.
Moved in about a month ago. Very satisfied with the apartment. Nice, quiet community and the apartments are reasonably priced and family friendly. Blair, the community manager, is very friendly and quick to respond to any issues.
I would not haved reviewed the apartments very well under previous ownership, but since it changed in November 2015, the new owners are really making an effort to make needed improvements to the place and are listening to the residents and their concerns. Blair, the property manager, is always friendly and goes out of her way to make sure any issues you're having is taken care of quickly and sends out inquiries as to what improvements we(the residents) would like to see happen. The town homes themselves are very nice and the maintenance and workers are very professional and courteous but beware of who you live next to. We unfortunately live next to loud and annoying neighbors.(Nuisances) or white trash. The so called manager looks at the problems but does nothing to rectify any of the tenant problems. We have repeatedly told him of the problems of our neighbors and we even called the police. Like I said nice townhomes but neighbors can be loud and disruptive.
