Great experience. First time that I bought a car by email & text. Met my saleswoman the first time the day we picked up the car. Drove from KC because the deal was so good on our Nissan. Their sales team & service department check on us to make sure we are still happy. Highly recommend dealership.

I Was charged a computer diagnostic for two issues! The tire pressure problem was on the dash in settings show a missing sensor in right front tire !! But I was charged $62.50 for the same info!! $125.00 later with left with the same problems we drove in to get fixed! I will not return to the dealership!

No personal contact. Any work that needed done was sent via text message, when I was sitting 6 feet away in the waiting room. They refused to do the tire rotation I requested. I also had a $25 off coupon. Obviously the service tech can’t do math. I was overcharged. They stated I needed a new air filter. If I had been shown the one needing replaced I most likely would have agreed to it. I was told I needed a new battery. The one in the car is 3 years old. I took my car in to have new tires and front end alignment and oil change. They said it needs new air filters. So ok I understand. Then they said it needs a left front tie rod (mark needing immediate repair) so I call and tell them that’s fine it’s got extend 100,000 mile bumper to bumper warranty. They said: We will have to check that! I bought the car there! I told them I would need for the weekend we was going out of town. And they said oh it’s ok go ahead and take it.
