RecommendedGreat experience. First time that I bought a car by email & text. Met my saleswoman the first time the day we picked up the car. Drove from KC because the deal was so good on our Nissan. Their sales team & service department check on us to make sure we are still happy. Highly recommend dealership.

Purchase and maintenance/service
I Was charged a computer diagnostic for two issues! The tire pressure problem was on the dash in settings show a missing sensor in right front tire !! But I was charged $62.50 for the same info!! $125.00 later with left with the same problems we drove in to get fixed! I will not return to the dealership!
Brian and the service techs were very helpful in answering all my questions and very friendly.
No personal contact. Any work that needed done was sent via text message, when I was sitting 6 feet away in the waiting room. They refused to do the tire rotation I requested. I also had a $25 off coupon. Obviously the service tech can’t do math. I was overcharged. They stated I needed a new air filter. I took my car in to have new tires and front end alignment and oil change. They said it needs new air filters. So ok I understand. Then they said it needs a left front tie rod (mark needing immediate repair) so I call and tell them that’s fine it’s got extend 100,000 mile bumper to bumper warranty. They said: We will have to check that! I bought the car there! I told them I would need for the weekend we was going out of town. And they said oh it’s ok go ahead and take it.
