Beautiful, my kids love it there, so quiet
Very nice park, located in a quiet area and with a very attentive manager Stephanie, I recommend it. It still has mobile homes and lots available.
There are a mess of these places owned by Westwindebterprises.com, including but not limited to Deerfield springs MHP in Claremore. AVOID. They list as $849.00 a month. Then when you apply tell you that thats not including a huge lot rent they tack on of over $600 a month. Now, $600 is not astronomical until you add it to the fact you’re paying over $850 in Mobile rent. AND THEY BUMP THE LOT RENT $50 EVERY 6 MONTHS. These places claim its rising costs.
