If you’re looking at renting an apartment here at rolling hills, here’s a small look into my experience over the last 15 months. The apartments are old. They’ve been hit with the landlord special at least 4 times over. They still smell like cigarettes, I’m assuming from when smoking inside was allowed back in the 70s. I don’t think the carpet or wood floors have ever been renovated. The walls are so thin you’ll be able to hear your neighbors having dinner.
