Whatever you do, DON’T. Not worth the price. If you find mold, report to local health or housing authority’s, maintenance will just put bleach on the mold and call it good. They do not remove it completely because the mold will just return even if you follow guidelines. Also bugs….this area is right next to a wetland so somehow a variety of different bugs entered the apartment. I toured this complex today. The property is littered with trash and cigarette butts. The unit we were shown was very disappointing. Before even entering into the unit the stair well descended into a filthy recessed entryway covered in cobwebs, dirt and garbage. The first thing that was noticed when entering into the unit was the thick smell of mildew. The unit's living room looked pretty basic and the back patio opened to a bit of grass. Property management is pretty nice gets back to you quick. Went to email for touring date. Found that you could view apartments online. I did. I regret even looking. I mean I don’t but ewww. Fix it don’t just paint over MOLD. In my opinion yall bold for using these for the touring photos. DO NOT RENT MOLDY APARTMENTS! -stars if you could.
