Due to an error with the electric company I ended up paying for electric for two months after I moved out. No new residents have moved in so this was Rolling Hills using this electric. They refuse to refund any of this money even though it should have been budgeted on their end and money they expected to spend. Very opportunistic and no loyalty to someone who had given them thousands of dollars in the amount of time I had lived there. Not even so much as a thank you for paying for their electric for them. Decent price. The old part is very run down. Parking here is absolutely terrible.
