THIS PLACE HAS VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE AND MANAGEMENT. MY MOM WAS DUE TO MOVE INTO A NEW FACILITY IN MAY 2020. 2 WEEKS PROIR WE FOUND OUT SHE HAD CANCER. DUE TO HER CONDITION SHE WAS UNABLE TO MOVE AT THAT TIME. THEY WOULD NOT RETURN HER DEPOSIT/HOLDING FEE. WE HAD A DOCTORS NOTE BUT THEY DIDNT CARE. IM THANKFUL SHES ONLY OUT OF $350 AND NOT STUCK IN A LEASE WITH THIS HORRIBLE COMPANY. I WISH WE READ THE REVIEWS BEFORE GETTING INVOLVED WITH THIS COMPANY. DO YOURSELF A FAVOR AN STAY AWAY FROM THEM.

Our application is very detailed and clear about the fees and the policies regarding cancellations. If an apartment was held for an applicant and they cancel the holding fee is non-refundable. I think Concord Rents/ Management are shady. They are thieves and don't care about the people which live there or the workers. This management company is abusive in everyway possible. I moved into Waterford East in 2002, 18 years living there. I moved into a 3 bedrm apt. When things got bad I downsized. My security deposit was $848., when you transfer from one apartment to another they charge you fees like crazy. Mine were waived, my security deposit went from $848. to $200. I first put in an application in April of 2018 to Palm Coast Landing. My $350 was kept only after I was told there was no openings there. I was told I would be on a waiting list, and I would hear from someone near the end of my current lease. I did not hear from anyone. When Denise finally contacted me she let me know I probably would not get housing at that facility, ok fine, but please let me know before the last minute to seek other options. I moved in to a roach infested apartment with multiple issues. At first the staff was as helpful as they wanted to be but after I moved in and voiced my issues I do not feel comfortable addressing anything with them. I have five children after I moved in and started to unpack my daughter stated she saw roaches in one of the bedrooms. I went into the bedroom and noticed the same thing. Can concord rents leasing manager force you pay charges on your rent/water ledger that's not suppose to be there, if you called the regional office for months and months, and the regional office ignore your request to review and correct errors? Can concord rents charge late fees for the errors/ incorrect charges that wasn't removed when requested, after having numerous meetings with the leasing office agents and numerous attempts to contact the regional office?

I have lived at my apartment in Cartersville, GA for about 3 years now. Ayana is awesome, and if I ever needed anything as far as maintenance it was always done the next day if not the same day as the request is put in. There were a few times I had an issue with fees added onto my account that shouldn't have been there, but Ayana always gets in touch with me to figure out how to fix it. As far as the people in the office go both are very helpful and sweet.

Me and my wife went to Heritage Park in Kissimmee paid $170 for an application fee told we were approved and needed to pay a $350 holding fee. Two weeks later ( 3 days before we were supposed to move in) we get a email and told we were denied because we were over the income qualifications. Mind you none of this was explained to us when they was taking our money. So I asked them about the holding fee and they told me I will be refunded by check. LIARS LIARS KEEPING MY 500,00 SECURITY DEPOSIT AFTER TELLING ME THEY HAD SOMEONE FOR MY APT. SO I MOVED OUT ON JULY 1 after being told someone was moving in. It wouldn't affect my lease or my position as a good tenant. So I moved and they kept that apt empty till August 1st even though they have a waiting list for 1 bdrm apts. Amelia Court, their newest property, has been non-responsive. They don't have enough staff to support the operation, their voicemail box is full every day, they never return calls acknowledge emails or social media direct messages. The only way I can speak with someone is going in person. While their team is very nice and extremely informative they can never commit to anything or follow-up accordingly.
