You can tell the management and staff actually care. The staff were friendly and not pushy at all during our tour, which I really appreciated! They were honest and wanted what was best for my needs. The location wasn’t far from very much and was taken care of beautifully :) while it wasn’t the best fit for me personally I appreciate the time they took with me!

We rented an apartment in this complex from 2022-2024. We moved in from out of town, so we didn't have a chance to see the apartment beforehand. The staff member we spoke to about our unit said we would have an in-unit washer and dryer. We didn't. Otherwise, the apartment was fine. The living room had a lot of natural light, which is about the only thing that made the apartment feel like it was worth the cost. Avoid at all costs- management is extremely rude & unprofessional. Editing in reply to their reply- I didn’t have any “personal situation,” my issues had to do with the building (most notably woodpeckers living in my walls) and the staff, but clearly they did not want to mention that on this public forum. I can understand issues or delays. My dissatisfaction had nothing to do with the timeline of resolution (though it never was resolved anyway).
