Had a tour with them a last week and the staff were very welcoming and kind. Made all the information accessible and easy to understand!
We rented an apartment in this complex from 2022-2024. We moved in from out of town, so we didn't have a chance to see the apartment beforehand. The staff member we spoke to about our unit said we would have an in-unit washer and dryer. We didn't. Otherwise, the apartment was fine. The living room had a lot of natural light, which is about the only thing that made the apartment feel like it was worth the cost. Avoid at all costs- management is extremely rude & unprofessional. Editing in reply to their reply- I didn’t have any “personal situation,” my issues had to do with the building (most notably woodpeckers living in my walls) and the staff, but clearly they did not want to mention that on this public forum. I can understand issues or delays. My dissatisfaction had nothing to do with the timeline of resolution (though it never was resolved anyway). I had a great experience with Casey during our move-in, but dealing with DaBryana for the move-out was a nightmare. She was super unhelpful and lacked basic customer service skills. I wish Casey had handled our move-out instead. We informed DaBryana about our intention to move out due to mold issues two months in advance, but she failed to follow up properly or remind us about the 30-day notice.
