Same as others. Lived here for a year and waiting for the security deposit back but since new management took over they are unresponsive for anything at all. I managed to get a hold of someone the day I was moving out and they said they would contact me in a week but of course no response. I wonder if I stopped payment would trigger them to actually do something about anything 😂
Agree with several recent negative reviews concerning Avenue5 management; avoid this property. I enjoyed my time at Rollin St Flats so am rating 2 stars for the building/location. I moved out around the time Avenue5 took over management. WA state law requires security deposits to be returned within 30 days. After 5 weeks, I began contacting the property office asking for an update as to when my security deposit will be returned. Currently sitting in my bedroom trying to relax and maintenance is still drillings holes and dropping tools in the empty unit above me. It’s 8:15pm and it’s been hours.
This building used to be so great, but be advised the building has been taken over by Avenue5, a management company that oversees many properties in this country and has terrible reviews. In the month they have taken over ownership, here are a few things that have happened: - At least 1/3 elevators have been down. One of the elevators is typically reserved for move-in, leaving a singular elevator for 11 floors of apartments. There have also been multiple times now where no elevators are working. Worst living experience ever!!! We been having really hot weather in Seattle. Our AC have been broken since may 22nd and it's July 23rd and it still not fix. So many times I would have to check what's going on, when will it get resolved and it's the same thing over and over again. The management here DO NOT care!!! They never once keep us updated!!!
