A huge shoutout to the incredible maintenance staff at Rollin Street Flats, especially Alejandro and Yuriy. Everyone who lives here should check their rent charges and maybe turn off their autopay. My boyfriend was overcharged rent and although they said they would return it, they haven’t and it’s been a month. They have not responded to emails or calls (although I’m sure they’ll reply with “we tried reaching out many times”).
I moved here two months ago and my only regret is not moving here earlier! The staff has always been super kind and always helpful. Phelicity at the leasing office helping me in the entire process to move here and since then supported me with everything I needed. Today I had my first repair request and Alejandro the maintainace expert did an excellent job replacing one of my appliances. Super professional and efficient.
Overcharged rent then stopped responding to emails.
Moved out >100 days ago, rolling street flats still owe me ~$2000 for rent and deposit. No replies to calls / emails at all.
