Worst living experience ever!!! We been having really hot weather in Seattle. Our AC have been broken since may 22nd and it's July 23rd and it still not fix. So many times I would have to check what's going on, when will it get resolved and it's the same thing over and over again. The management here DO NOT care!!! They never once keep us updated!!! The mail room is always a mess. We lose packages, and our packages was opened.

$3,000/month, no hot water 10+ times, and management lied about fixing it every single time In one year, I lost hot water completely on 10+ separate occasions, days at a time (not counting the additional days of lukewarm-only water in between). Every time, the building sent a mass email promising a fix, and every time it broke again within a month or two. At one point management literally told residents to find a gym to shower at. Please don't waste your time touring this building. I toured on a Friday morning and was ready to complete my application but noticed a $793 discrepancy between the price in the application portal and the price that was quoted to me in person/over email. I sent a note to the leasing team flagging the discrepancy and didn't hear back. I then called the next day (Saturday) and was told they weren't sure why the prices were different but would call me back on Monday by 4pm.
