charged us $440 of our deposit with zero explanation despite them being obligated to do so. We did not damage our unit and made every effort to repair any small imperfections and have video/photo evidence. We made multiple attempts to reach out and were totally ignored. Untrustworthy and unethical management and would avoid renting here at all costs.
Update: A year later and things haven’t changed. Chronic maintenance problems with temporary “bandaid fixes” that don’t last. Our AC has been broken for 8 weeks - the technician confirmed the HVAC unit needs complete replacement due to years of inadequate repairs. This pattern repeats constantly: hot water goes out, gets “fixed,” breaks again the next day. Two of three elevators are out, get repaired, break again within 24 hours. The units at Rollin Street are lovely - spacious, modern industrial, great appliances. I have no complaints about the apartment, but unfortunately the management here is really not on top of things.
