It's not just a different place to live. It's a different way to live. Walk downtown. Walk to the lake. Or take a fairly long walk right inside your own apartment. If you never set foot outside Rollin Street Flats, you'd still be in great shape. The apartment homes here have a minimum of walls and a maximum of space, making the expression "living large" more than a metaphor. When you finally do hit the sidewalk, you'll be amazed at how close everything is. Just across the street is Whole Foods Market, Bank of America, Seasta... read more

Giselle, The Property Manager, was super NICE, especially considering how busy she was. I told her this to her face, but I was like, how in the SWEET OMNIPOTENT BABY JESUS, are you able to smile and laugh, in the midst of CHAOS!?!? To do such a thing, is an ART in itself. And those kind of people are hard to come around, at work or in LIFE!!!
Been here for a few months now. The apartments are very nice and feel well built. My unit has multiple ethernet jacks in the walls which is great for working from home and having reliable fiber internet / not fighting with WiFi. I don't really hear any neighbor noise in my unit which is nice. The leadership and maintenance team has been very responsive to issues that arise. I had issues with my washing machine that were addressed promptly and my concerns around it were taken seriously, which I appreciate. I would definitely ... read more
I've lived at Rollin Street for three years, and it truly feels like home. The units are exceptionally spacious—much larger than most in Seattle—making them perfect for working remotely. The location is ideal, especially for those working in South Lake Union (Amazon, Google, etc.), and having Whole Foods right next door creates a great sense of community where neighbors, colleagues, and friends often cross paths. The building is impeccably maintained, with any maintenance concerns addressed promptly. The manager, Gisella, is... read more
Pros: The unit itself is great, tall ceilings, spacious layouts. Great for folks who care about well-designed spaces. Location is wonderful. Neighbors are great, many of them have become friends. Cons: The management company is a real struggle to deal with. They're disorganized, require a lot of chasing to get things fixed. It really drags on the overall experience of living here. Also, the basketball court floors have a ton of dead spots where the balls don't bounce (been trying to get that fixed for over 6 months to no ava... read more
I’ve lived in 8 different apartments in Seattle downtown but Rollin Street was the best one. The floor plans are very spacious with quality appliances. The management team is very pleasant to work with. They are flexible and professional. I thought my two bedroom was well priced, compared to location and market. They respond to maintenance requests quickly, and take residents’ feedback seriously.
