Best BBQ in Vegas and it isn't even close! You must get the beef rib, I dream of that meat treat!!

In Las Vegas from the Chicago land area to work a tournament and was able to finally get to Rollin Smoke Barbeque and my wife and myself were totally satisfied with the brisket, chicken and pork. Great atmosphere.
We have had BBQ all over the country and ranks up there with some of the best.
Dusty, you are the real deal! We are on our big Bluegrass and Barbeque tour and sooo glad we stopped. Righteous BBQ! We had the Trio Meat Deal, excellent. Thanks for also bringing out your fantastic Beef Ribs for my husband. His eyes rolled back into his head!

My wife and I are in from kansas and this was amazing the sweet bbq was perfect!!
Phenomenal BBQ. Recommend the All-You-Can-Eat....try it all! Love the variety of sauces too. The staff was very friendly and went out of their way to make sure we were satisfied.
