My family and I were on vacation from San Antonio Texas...did a search for BBQ off the strip and this place came up several times. The food is absolutely amazing and the best customer service ever! Thank you for your awesome hospitality...we will be back!!

Some great BBQ...Had 5 meat plate with 3 sides. I was excited to try the ribs and the links and they did not disappoint. But let me just say, the chicken was OFF THE RAILS GOOD!!! Best ever! Thanks to mike "Big" Mike for connecting us. It was great to meet you!

We where on vacation from Iowa, and we love BBQ.. We looked online and found BBQ places in Vegas, we picked the best one by far!! We ate here twice in four day stay!! Not only is the food amazing so is the staff!! Me and my buddy loved it so much the 2nd time we came back we had all you can eat cause we couldn't get enough!! Amazing.. Can't wait to come back!!! BBQ done right!!!
Rollin Smoke Barbeque prepared the best dishes with beef brisket, perfectly prepared chicken, mild red with spicy sauces to pick, salads, potatoes, cole slaw, and our corporate Spring Break BBQ brought a large crowd from Las Vegas to Los Angeles with hungry volley ball and football players; So we were hungry. Rollin Smoke Barbeque brought in their smokers, cookers, chefs, and prepared the most delicious food for a hungry crowd at a giant party in Sunset Park. We appreciate all your hard word, Rollin Smoke.
