TOP NOTCH: portions, price, staff and service. Being from the south I felt right at home. So many places claim a southern taste, this place HAS it!!!!
Freaking delicious. The portions were huge, the meat was amazing and not over smoked at all. We had ribs (beef and pork), brisket and chicken. My husband had the smoked bean and I had to have mac and cheese. I had ribs and sauce leftover the found it's way into my son's mouth back in Cali and all he could say was damn...... If you have the chance to stop it don't pass it up. You'll have missed a gem. Food, service (all employees) and clean well organized spot. GOOD JOB GUYS!!!! 10 ☆

Yes it's not on the strip, but if $20 (there and back, round trip) in an uber make you miss the best BBQ in Vegas, you need to re-evaluate your life choices

If you are in Las Vegas, and you like barbeque, then Rollin Smoke is a MUST place to stop and eat. It's affordable and delicious!! Brisket, burgers, ribs, chicken, take your choice. Sides of mac n cheese and chipotle coleslaw Blow the mind with loads of flavor.
