They definitely had food and the corn nuggets were awesome. I was touched inappropriately by BJ while I was there though

I have been to this BBQ joint many times on my visits to Las Vegas and it has been good. I don’t know if the business has changed hands recently as tonight’s experience was totally different. We walked in and there was no line or hardly anyone eating. We ordered and sat down in a half empty freezing cold restaurant. After 45 minutes we asked where our food was, and was told it was at least a 1 hour wait! The only other people there were drivers from Uber eats! I can no longer recommend this restaurant.

You came at the time when their wasn’t a line out the door and around the building... but with many large Super Bowl orders that were feeding hundreds to be picked up at designated times. No excuses we failed you! This mama is sorry!
Great place. Always solid, good barbecue. Wish I could come here more often cause it's freaking delicious.

Went here on the recommendation of the hotel staff last week (I was with Rogier, see his review below), and I was not disappointed. The best BBQ in Nevada? Definitely I'd say! The staff were awesome, the food has to be tasted to be believed. I have a lot of colleagues from work coming out to Vegas this year, and I have been telling EVERY SINGLE ONE about the awesomeness that is Rollin' Smoke BBQ. Next time I'm in Vegas, I know where I'll be stopping first!! Now, if only I could select more stars than 5...
