I took the intermediate class but it was the wrong class. The online description is not accurate. Instructor was cold and unkind. She teaches without wearing skates so you end up watching students. I left because I found her detached from struggling students and unkind with instructions. An instructor who lacks humility is not one I can learn from. Been skating 20 years but lack style and great turns. She asked what you wish to learn and then said you should know this before this class. Online should state this so that no on... read more

So much to learn! I could skate forward and backward when I took my first beginner class. (Glad I started there) Immediately after class I joined Beginner boot camp because I couldn’t stand still, stop quickly, or fall safely. I didn’t know what I didn’t know. I love building my strength, honing my skills and gaining my confidence in this program. Thank you for sharing your knowledge and patience!
