It’s impossible to get into the portal. It may be harder because he has moved and is on his own. He’s not with Altru anymore. For those of you who saw him at Altru, he has not retired. I’ve been seen by Dr. Roller since 2016 and he’s always listened to me and helped me when my MS flares up. This review isn’t for me but whoever his receptionists are. Very rude, takes forever to answer their phones. I’m better off messaging his nurse instead of calling!
Dr. Roller is a great doctor. But he can't refill prescriptions if his life depended on it. I haven't gotten my refill after calling 8 times in 4weeks now and im already past the date to get another refill. Everything is good to go if he could take 1-2mins of his day to send it in. Should be call "Roller incompentent Neurology pllc
