The best flower shop in town.
The folks at Rollason are always helpful. The flowers are always fresh. A bit of feedback - the online ordering system could be clearer. I ordered some flowers and where I thought I was entering the billing address was apparently the delivery address, so that wasn’t super ideal. I brought them back and they were able to re-deliver them as planned. :)
I was extremely disappointed in the flowers that were delivered to my sick relative at a time when we couldn’t be there for them. The size and quality of the bouquet were not comparable to the ones posted on the website. I feel I was taken advantage of because it was an online order with no accountability not being face to face. I am most dissatisfied that I was completely ignored when I both emailed and texted my concerns to the company multiple times. Shameful!
