Rollason Flowers delivered an absolutely beautiful floral arrangement to my daughter on the birth of her daughter! The colours and flowers were even more gorgeous than I had imagined when placing the order! They used a baby boot container that my grandmother gave to my mother upon my birth which was then given to me by my mother on the birth of my daughter. I was now using it for my daughter for her daughter's birth....a very special family tradition lives on thanks to Rollason!
I ordered this bouquet as an anniversary gift and was disappointed that the arrangement delivered looked quite different from the photo advertised online. While I understand that flower substitutions may be necessary from time to time, the overall appearance, flower selection, and color balance were noticeably different from what I expected based on the product image. Nice selection of gift baskets. My father loved his!
Disappointed to find Rollason has taken the link to other Thunder Bay florists. Their number is linked online to my regular florist. When I realized I ordered from Rollason instead of the florist I had googled, I cancelled the order. I’ve been waiting since May 13th to see the credit processed for the misplaced order. Feels underhanded for a business to intentionally misdirect customers.
