Not a fan of being lied to. The hurricane shutters we have are older Rolladens so I understand they will, need repairs. Called Rolladen on 10-20, the person who answered said service would call that afternoon. No call. Called again on 10-21. Person who answered said he was putting us in the computer and service would call that afternoon. No call. Called again and left a voice mail. Called for the 4th time on 10-22 talked to the same guy.
