Purchased new impact windows for our house. Really improve the look of my home. Every one was helpful.
Do not use this company!!! They incorrectly installed the opening mechanism for a shutter over our front door into drywall only which obviously broke right away. Then they wanted to charge my elderly parents over $1,000.00 to fix it. Another shutter company fixed the issue for $350. If I could give negative stars I would!
Not a fan of being lied to. The hurricane shutters we have are older Rolladens so I understand they will, need repairs. Called Rolladen on 10-20, the person who answered said service would call that afternoon. No call. Called again on 10-21. Person who answered said he was putting us in the computer and service would call that afternoon. No call. Called again and left a voice mail. Called for the 4th time on 10-22 talked to the same guy.
