The front desk administrator was kind and patient, I was struggling with some of the paperwork and she helped me through it. However once I was seen by Dr. Dawn, I was far from taken seriously. I told her all of my symptoms and how I was suffering and she didn't even take my temp. It seemed as though she thought I was just trying to get out of work because I asked for a doctor's note. I've used this office many times, from actual doctor visits to just needing covid tested for work. I have also gotten an x-ray. I have insurance, but even before the insurance adjustment, it was very reasonable. The staff is friendly and gets you in and out as quickly as your problem allows. I recommend them to people all the time.
The nurses working here are so lazy it boggles the mind. We have tried several times at several locations to get covid tests done. Most places require a scheduled appointment a week ahead of time. While this clinic does accept walk, they charge $205 for anyone who can't afford insurance and they treat you like you are beneath them. When I called, I was told that it was not a problem if I didn't have my daughters insurance card as they could look it up. I've been taking my kids here for a couple of years now. Especially since its hard to get an appointment with their regular doctor same day; you never know when a kid is going to wake up sick. The longest I've had to wait is about 20 min. They have always been thorough and able to move patients in and out quickly.
I loved dro and his wife great Dr's but i hate 4 rivers was told only the walk in side was affected now I cant even get thru to his office directly I have to deal with being on hold to 4 rivers for an hour im done l9oking for a new dr
