The workers there are fantastic, the quality of their meat is out of this world, I usually get them to cut me a filet and get their hamburger and chicken items, price is always great, probably the best meat market in the country.

We just ate your flat roast prepared in the crock pot- delicious and tender. You have several other slow cooker recipes - pork boat, stuffed roast- which are easy to prepare and taste great. With so many of our neighbors with extra time on their hands due to recent work closures, these meals would pair well with cooks who are currently rediscovering their crock pots!
I've been looking for a local butcher/meat market that was close and reasonably priced. This place is a gem...excellent selection, friendly courteous staff willing to take the time to explain the different cuts of meat, and build bundles of meat to your request....5 stars!!
