I prepared my car for an interior detail, removing car seats and every item in every pocket and compartment. The technician never showed up for the scheduled appointment and it took 2 phone calls to reach anyone. The person who finally called me back said "I can't find him" as the excuse. I was very frustrated with their lack of follow through and won't use a company I can't depend on. I wasted too much time and didn't even get the service.
