I hope I don’t need to call Roll by Goodyear again anytime soon, but I’ll happily call back if I do! The scheduling process was quick and easy, the customer service rep helped me pick a good tire, and Marvin was on time, friendly, and quick when my appointment came around. The prices are comparable to any reputable tire shop, but it’s a five minute phone call and a quick appointment outside your front door. Hard to beat next time you need a tire!
Believe me when I tell you that this is the first post that I ever did. I was in need of a tire don't know much but I had a customer service rep that was second to none and her name is Angie. Even when I called back and she was busy not even 2 minute pass and she call back ( I'm still waiting for 2 other places to call me back its been 3 hours) All I'm saying is that in today's time it's nice to have someone who CARES and take the time to help you! Great experience all the way through. I dropped by the SS Roll office after an unexpected flat (and questionable tread on the others). The guy was really helpful, we talked through the options for my car in the rating I was after and he set me up with tires and an appt, all in probably under 5 minutes. I was shopping around for tires and was surprised to see that Roll's "to your door" service didn't really cost more than taking it to a shop.
