Called to report one of my tires needed a new one. The next day, they came out and installed my car with a brand tire within minutes. I was very happy and satisfied with the great service Goodyear provided. Thank you!!!
Let me start by saying that I rarely post reviews. Karina at Roll by Goodyear went above and beyond for me. She was knowledgeable, professional, friendly and so helpful. I was in a challenging situation and she helped me through it so the process was seamless. Having the tire delivered and installed right in front of my apartment so I didn't have to take time off from work was a huge benefit. I would definitely recommend Roll by Goodyear. Call Karina. She is the best!

This is the worst place ever. Joe needs to be fired immediately. He's a lying prejudice disgusting human. They literally wasted an entire week lying to me that they ordered my tire & would flat bed my vehicle to me & back only for day of & they change the story. Very unethical place. This business needs to be shut down
