This is definitely different than anything I've ever experienced. JANNE is helping with a pinched nerve. The first session was a positive experience. I was finally able to sleep, released a lot of water, and felt less pain. I will be doing another session with her.
I have not had back pain since my 3rd appoint in July. I have had back pain since 2011 in my right SI Joint. I have never heard of rolfing but was recommended by Energy Life Center. This has changed my life. She gives you the tools to keep it going. I can't recommend it enough. go talk to her and see what is possible.
