Went to Role club for a heel fix on a pair of engineers and had a resole on a Pair of oxfords. Brian was efficient and kept in contact with me as to when the shoes will be done. His work is precise and masterful. Looking forward to purchasing some boots from him in the near future. He’s the only person to trust with fixes on boots. Thanks again Role club!!!

Does Brian the Bootmaker do a good job on resoling boots? WHO KNOWS! I never got my boots back! I mailed my boots to him, and he told me it would take 4-5 months to do the repairs. A few months later, I emailed him for a status check, and he replied that he had already completed the resole and returned them. Even though he did not send an email notification with the shipping/tracking information when he shipped my boots, he was able to provide me with a tracking number upon request.
