Ate at Roland's for the first time this past Saturday. Loved the pork, beans, and potato salad. My wife loved the ribs (I got a sample) and potato salad too. Love the trip. Great food and service.
I was hesitant when I saw this place driving through town since I am a traditional Texas BBQ man.. I was surprised to find the owner is originally a Texas native so I let my guard down and was taken in. DELICIOUS!
