DO NOT MOVE HERE Where do I even start. This is the worst experience I have had in my life. DO NOT RENT A PLACE HERE OR WITH ANY OTHER APARTMENT OWNED BY THE EQUITY GROUP. For our six months here we have experienced unhabitual conditions throughout our time here. For example, multiple weeks straight of NO HOT WATER. WORST PROPERTY DO NOT MOVE HERE My roommate and I have lived here for 5 months and these last 5 months have literally been the worst 5 months of my life because of this property. If you want to have broken showers, toilets, garbage disposals, and cabinets and get no response to fix them for weeks, this is the place for you! Oh did I mention the lovely cockroaches. Horrible Mangement/ Maintenance worse- Nasty Units Roaches, old units, mold, broken pipes, water turned off all the time. Manager only shows apt, if you have a maint. issue you have to make an online requests. If no resposne, it's not the managers problem. The don't care about apts or you. Keep hiking rent, because that is what the area demands the say, But the area has newly built apt, with water, no bugs, maintenance that actually works and take care of units.

Thank you for your feedback. Our buildings are a little older but we have done some great updates! Are units come with new carpet, vinyl, and updated appliances. Our online work order maintenance system was created to properly track work orders and for the convenience for residents. We update status of work order online/through email which our residents tell us is way more convent with their busy schedules then waiting for a phone call back.
