The location, parking, and neighborhood are all great, but Southern Management are ruthless, callous slumlords. There's no easy way to say it. This is a nice neighborhood with nice people, and we are all trying our best as we are treated like utter garbage trying to survive in rodent infested buildings where maintenance frequently barge in with very little notice, borderline deceptive notice of some kind, or no notice at all. Great Place to raise family. Pet friendly, clean, and respectful.
Sometimes good , never bad !
I wouldnt recommend anyone to move here. The area has a lot of traffic on the street and isn’t safe for kids, there is a MAJOR mice infestation and hasn’t changed in 10 years. The dog park next to the playground isn’t safe for kids. My neighbors all have dogs and all of them are very loud and inconsiderate.
