VERY disrespectful maintenance team and apartment management. They will knock on your door whenever they want to complain something, without any politeness or notice in advance , and very aggressive. They even try to open your door if you do not answer to the knock. Yes, they have all the keys and have the right to enter your room. They even keep your AC or heater on after they leave your apartment, leaving a higher bill for utility if you are not in your apartment during that period of time, some times for weeks. I WAS SERIOUSLY CONSIDERING MOVING INTO "ROLAND RIDGE" DUE TO NEIGHBORHOOD.HOWEVER, AFTER READING THE REVIEWS OF ROLAND RIDGE APTS. I WOULD NEVER CONSIDER THIS PLACE. WHAT A SHAME. SOME PEOPLE HAVE NO BUSINESS WORKING WITH THE PYBLIC AT ALL. FORGET ABOUT THEM!!! WHO THE HECK NEEDS THAT.
Leasing Team (Nicole) and the Service Team (Charles) have made my 3rd time moving back here nothing but incredible. Yes, 3rd time back should say something about this community. I am back.
Overall it's been good living here. Staff has been cool, the area is calm and quiet. Did have a mouse issue that the building didn't seem to be in a rush to fix. But they gave me a different apartment and haven't seen a mouse in 2 years now, knock on wood.
The office staff and maintenance technicians of Roland Ridge are courteous and responsive to my needs as a tenant of four years. Maintenance requests are completed in an efficient and professional manner with consistent follow up. 5/5
