Knowledgeable, friendly and helpful service, and very reasonable pricing.
We rented a mobility scooter to assist my mother in law for a recent visit Darling Harbour. The ease of having the scooter delivered and picked up from our hotel was amazing, it was actually waiting for us fully charged with the Concierge when we arrived at 11am. I cannot express our gratitude to Roland Priestly Mobility enough for making a day in the city something my mother in law can remember as a good time and not a time to slow everyone down or miss out due to poor mobility. I have been fortunate to have been a customer of Roland Priestly for close to ten years. I suffer from MS and are wheelchair dependant. Roland Priestly staff have an extensive knowledge of the disability support market, and go out of their way to ensure customer needs are met. Additionally, replacements/repairs requests are met in an efficient and effective manner, with most needs being met within a one/two day time scale, depending on availability of the required parts etc. Evelyn Kendall Stanmore NSW

Over the last three years I've purchased wheelchair parts and had service and repairs carried out here, and Anthea's service and advice have been excellent in every way. She takes the time to really listen and understand what I need, never rushes me, and explains all my options clearly without any pressure.
