I have been fortunate to have been a customer of Roland Priestly for close to ten years. I suffer from MS and are wheelchair dependant. Roland Priestly staff have an extensive knowledge of the disability support market, and go out of their way to ensure customer needs are met. Additionally, replacements/repairs requests are met in an efficient and effective manner, with most needs being met within a one/two day time scale, depending on availability of the required parts etc. Evelyn Kendall Stanmore NSW
I can't recommend Roland Priestley Mobility Centre highly enough. Over the last three years I've purchased wheelchair parts and had service and repairs carried out here, and Anthea's service and advice have been excellent in every way. She takes the time to really listen and understand what I need, never rushes me, and explains all my options clearly without any pressure. This place is THE place to go for mobility walkers and scooters plus other mobility aids. The service is wonderful and they really know their products. We have been once to purchase an indoor walker for my husband and today for a new brake cable. A plus is that while waiting for the cable to be installed I got to sit and pat two of the friendliest, gentle dogs, Ria and Goldie. If there was one I’d give an extra gold star for them!
