RecommendedEveryone at Roland Park Vision is great! Both Drs. Hyatt & Scheff have taken care of me. Every visit, or sometimes a few visits and I never feel like I am given the run around. Arlene, Deneen, and OT always make me feel welcome when I come in and see how I am doing as well. :-) Don't ever want to go anywhere else!
My husband and I could not have had a better experience. Dr. Scheff is thorough, knowledgeable, kind and patient. He took his time to ensure both my husband and I left with what we needed and discussed each part of the exam as well as our medical histories that might inform our new prescriptions. He also followed up after we left and provided us with his contact information should we have any questions about our new prescription or need anything in the future. I had such a great experience at Roland Park Vision. Incredibly patient, kind and accommodating. Ensuring I left with exactly the right prescription.
Dr Bruce Hyatt and his staff could not be nicer if they tried. Dr Hyatt will spend as much time with you as you need in order to make sure you completely understand you exam results and his treatment plan.
This neighborhood shop has a huge selection of glasses. My experience was positive and it exceeded expectations with Customer Service!

After getting scared out of my mind from a previous optometrist, Dr Hyatt put my mind at ease. I am a glaucoma suspect and Dr Hyatt took the time to explain everything to me and was very thorough. I trust him and his office staff, who are all very friendly.
