I love this place! The staff is friendly & fun!! We come in & they remember things about us!!! They make my daughter laugh & feel comfortable! If you are looking for an orthodontist look no further!
Dr.Roland and her staff are great to work with. The office is welcoming,inviting and comfortable. It has nice perks that both adults and patients enjoy, from the automated check in, the television and I pads and Keurig for a hot cup of coffee. I'm continually amazed at their wonderful scheduling ability. The wait times are exactly what they say and appointments right on time. We have had a wonderful experience with Dr. Roland and her staff. Everyone is always very friendly and available to answer any questions we have. Both my son and daughter have been seeing Dr. Roland for over a year. One awesome piece is that they stay right on time for their appointments- no waiting!! The staff is friendly and helpful. Dr. Roland is peppy and enthusiastic and truly enjoys her job! The new and updated office is wonderful (love the decor!). I would definitely recommend Dr. Roland.
As an adult patient I was hesitant to make the step of getting braces. I wanted to fix my teeth before my wedding. After doing thorough research and visiting multiple orthodontists, Dr. Renee was the only one who took the time to hear my thoughts and needs and worked WITH me to make a plan to fix my teeth. The whole experience could not have been better and my teeth were perfect for my wedding day! I know that some day I will bring my kids here too! Thank you to the whole staff and Roland Orthodontics!!!
Our son just finished treatment with Dr. Roland after starting with Dr. Hermann. We are very happy with his results! Our overall experience has been fantastic. The staff is wonderful - friendly, professional and helpful. I am always able to make an appointment to fit my schedule. Our daughter is mid-treatment and we are having the same great experience with her! We would definitely recommend Dr. Roland and staff.
