While inquiring about new rental properties, I came across a couple nice places and decided to give this place a shot. I called and when the woman answered she did not have a professional demeanor. When I finally made it in to check out a key, she told me the property was not available yet, which I had no problem with. What I did have a problem with was how she told me. I rent from Roland Management. I had a terrible leak in my bathroom late during the night. I called the very next morning when they opened and they had a restoration company sent out that same day. My home was repaired, inspected for mold (which it didn't have since the leak had just happened that night before) by a reputable company. The customer service of this place is wonderful. Always courteous and nice to me and my family.

I had a terribleness leak in my ceiling. I called Roland management and they had a restoration company sent out the same day to inspect damage to the roof, evidence of mold, and fixed the problem that day. Wonderful friendly personnel who I spoke with at the office. Will def recommend this place to friends!

With this place for 4 year when I moved it took 43 days to get my deposit back supose to be 30 day then short me 300 bucks. Do research on this company has an F with BBB

This company has been slow and has asked alot from me sence they haven't done anything to get me into the home.
