Since the early 80's I was referred by several Surgeons to get a second opinion from Dr Gower about my Thyroid, he found scars & cysts. He stated no surgery as I had Radiation at 18mths for CIDS, now at age 70 I found out I have Parathyroids problems & Calcification of Hyoid bone, surgery may have left me with more damage!
