I paid $3000 for this man to do absolutely nothing for me. I showed up to 2 different court hearings that he canceled and completely failed to inform me. He was located in Muncie when I hired him. Since I was unable to ever get ahold of him I went to his office one day to talk to him in person. His office in Muncie was permanently closed. He informed no one of his moving. I gave him $8000 to get my child back from dcs and for lawsuit against dcs got my daughter back with only a couple court dates was told I would get money back because case went so easy I have been contacting him about the return of some of the money and have been being put off and now I received paper from courts saying he removed himself from my case completely I would not recommend this attorney to anyone
Roland took on my case and charged me $300 to tell me there is nothing to do for my case. Following that promised to refund the other $1200 I had paid and has ignored phone calls and letters. I'm now over 2 weeks past the date he had stated to have the money refunded by and can't even get an answer as to when he will return the remaining money. An absolute joke throughout the entire process, I had to contact them after weeks of silence just to find out he couldn't do anything with the case and had failed to let me know.
No communication what so ever, he never took the case seriously. Full of empty promises. This man didn’t show up to my first hearing and instead was drunk and was rude when calling about the citation I received because he told me not to be at the first hearing then offered multiple hearings because he had hardly any of the paperwork that I sent to him.
