My friends and I always go to Roja before concerts and events downtown. Last evening was not a great experience. So today I sent and email to the owner and I kid you not he called me within one minute of my email!!! We talked for quite sometime and he was very open to what I had to say and as an ex-server myself he realized I was not calling to complain but rather to help his staff get better. So impressed with how quickly he called and how helpful he was. Well done!
Absolutely terrible service!!! Apparently children are not welcome here what so ever. Will never come back.
