The food tonight along with the service was horrible. If the general manager new and cared about his restaurant he would be upset. I got a call from general manager Mr Dalton about the our experience two nights ago and it was a pleasure to talk to him. Not because he refunded my meal, because the way he explained how sorry he was for what happened. I believe he will make sure that no one else will have a bad experience at Rojas Grill like we had. Unfortunately Roja doesn't offer any vegetarian or vegan options. Thankfully our waitress was well informed and let us know that the rice and refried beans are cooked in chicken stock. Rice and beans are a vegetarian staple, so I find this really disappointing. It really didn't leave anything left on the menu for us, so we had to leave. I'd love to see Roja add some soy chorizo to the menu and make the rice and beans vegetarian friendly!
Service was awful. I was embarrassed I brought my family there. Finding a different place, me and my friends aren't coming back.

The service was slow and curt. My salad had gauc and jalepeno peppers even though I asked for no peppers and sub sour cream. After they took the salad away, she came back with it and said that's the way it comes. I wondered why she allowed me ask for anything special if it was just gonna be how it comes anyway. I also wondered why the manager didn't come to the table after we sent a meal back. Isn't that customary?

Abby is the best damn bar tender this side of the Missouri!
I am usually a huge fan of this place, but tonight was different. After we got seated, we order all our food and drinks. We waited 25 minutes (with no acknowledgement from our server) until someone other than our server brought us our food. At this point we only had waters and our drinks had not arrived. Worst restaurant experience I have ever have. Food sucked. Service was horrible. Waited 20 min for anyone to even know we were sat. Hoping after finally getting someone it would be better nope... Best margaritas my butt. You all need to get your stuff together. I'm easily pleased but this was bull crap.
You don't know me - I live in New Jersey. But as small worlds would have it, my friend and her mom had you as their waitress today at Roja's. She shared the kindest story about you here on Facebook about how you paid their food bill after you heard about the devastating floods that have destroyed their home.
