Horrible service. Manager was incredibly rude and was not adequate for position.

Roja is always one of my favorite happy hour spots! However, they removed pork options from their menu which includes the pulled pork sopes. I got those everytime I went in and they were soooo good, the replacement menu option with chicken didn't compare � I hope the pulled pork sopes return!!!
Used to be one of my favorite places to go. Service was slow and had to ask for chips and salsa three times. When they brought out our fajitas to share they got incredibly close to my granddaughter twice with the sizzling plates. I warned them the first time that she could reach things, but the second time they got really close to her again and I was not happy. First the took away the pickled onions on my pork burrito. I could handle that. But now it's gone from the menu completely so I have no reason to return. :'(
Roja used to be one of my favorite places for Mexican food. It used to be unique and better than most Mexican restaurants. I have always told people it is the best place in town for Mexican food. Now I would consider the menu 1 step above taco bell. What were you thinking when you made these changes? Did you lose an awesome chef that took his recipes with him or are you saving money on ingredients? They were crazy busy, we were seated very quickly and our server Taylor was fast, friendly and efficient! Great job!
