Phone number is disconnected can not reach anyone to get my appraisal.
I would not recommend this company. It took 13 days to get my appraisal back and they requested me to basically do their work and provide the information from my past appraisal, including all the measurements number of bedrooms xcetera. They never returned any of our phone calls.
I tried to refinance unfortunately my bank chose ROI Home services. They under appraised my house by at least $100,000.The houses they used as a bracket were house's with 1/4 acre and an hoa. I have 2.2 acres and no hoa. Secondly they stated my neighbor's house who is a good reference except for the fact he actually sold his house $100,000 more than what they put in the report.
