SHE SMOKES EVERY 5 MIN WELL ALL OF THE UPSTAIRS DEP DO ITS DISGUSTING ABD KAREN SEEM TO FEEL VERY INTIMIDATED BY SOMEONE AS PROFESSIONAL AS MY SELF I DRESS WELL I CONDUCT MY SELF WELL AND SHE HATED EVERY SECOND OF IT
